A police pursuit along the Missouri-Iowa border on I-29 ends in the death of a Kearney teenager

A crash on Interstate 29 near the Iowa state line in northern Missouri Sunday morning killed two Kearney teenagers and injured another. The crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. when a man who was on a multi-state chase was driving the wrong way on I-29 with a 1-year-old child unseated. The chase ended near the Iowa-Missouri border when the suspect’s car collided head-on with a Ford Focus carrying three 18-year-old children from Kearney.
